Yummy
This picture is from the movie Someone Like You. Hugh Jackman is an actor who I thought was cute from my college days. The colors I used are Juniper, White Daisy and Black. I used rubons for the name and on the button.

...magic moments
This layout was created by my second upline Karen who gave it to me. She used the Silhouette Paper and the Make It Count stamp set. The picture of my husband and I was taken at a friend's wedding a few years ago. Attending weddings always reminds me of our wedding.

Always & Forever
I used Close to my Heart's More to Adore Level 1 Kit on this layout. I used the Adorable stamp set on this layout. This picture is from our wedding. Our photographer took a bunch of picutres in black and white. I really like black and white phots with the chocolate and blush combo.

fun date
I used Floral Tapestry paper to create this layout of my husband and I on our way to an overnight date we had a couple of years ago. What a fun time we had. Sometimes you need some free time away from your child. I sponged the letters with Sweet Leaf Ink. I put sparkles on two of the letters. These red sparkles are retired but the clear sparkles are still available.

What a Perfect Day!
This is a 9x9 layout using on of my all time favorite Close to my Heart's Paper Pack Perfect Day. I used Perfect Day Level 2 Paper, Perfect Day Stickease, Clear Sparkles, and I went around the Layout with a black pen to give it a little more detail. I also used the edge distresser on the layout to give the layout a more distressed look. I used 3-D Foam on some of the stickease to give the layout a little dimension.

Someone to hold...
The colors look a little light in this picture. I used Emporium Level 2 Paper Pack and the matching Emporium Stickease. The Level 2 Paper Packs come with 22 sheets of b&t paper and cardstock. The Stickease have two sheets in them that coordinate with the paper pack. I used my brayer with Sweet Leaf Ink to do the edges of the Colonial White cardstock. I really like this technique on my scrapbook layouts.
These pictures our of my husband and I getting our pictures taken for the Church Directory. I really liked how they turned out. The photographer that night was really good which is always nice. He told us some really corny jokes. I love pictures so I of course wanted them all. I really struggle with not buying every single pose.

Perfect Day Imagine Layout
I used the Imagine Book by Jeanette Lynton, founder of Close to my Heart to create this layout. Imagine helps scrapbooking become faster, simpler and easier, which is Close to my Heart's motto. I used the Perfect Day paper on this layout. It was given away to one special lady who was a hostess when she had a Close to my Heart party.

Cruise Layout using Key to my Heart paper
I just love the Key to my Heart paper. It looks so good with the Mediterranean Cruise pictures I took while on the trip of a lifetime courtesy of Close to my Heart. This picture was taken overlooking the Popeye's Village in Malta. It was soooo beautiful. My pictures are not even close to doing it justice. Malta was such an amazing place to be. I would love to go there again.
